Answer:

For most vehicles Delta Kits recommends the following 3” sanding discs:

• 320
• 500
• 800
• 1200
• 1500

After sanding the headlight it is polished with a 3000 grit polishing disc. If the damage is very severe or if the factory coating is excessively difficult to remove it may be necessary to use a 180 grit disc prior to the 320 disc.
