Order Processing

Every effort is made to ship orders within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded) as part of outstanding shipping policy. An email message is sent to you when your order ships. The email will include a copy of your order, the name of the delivery carrier, and a tracking number, so you can track the status of your order through the delivery carriers’ website.

If you have not received an email confirming shipment after the appropriate time has elapsed, please contact Delta Kits customer service. We make every effort to respond to your email by the next business day.

Shipping

Deltakits.net orders are shipped via DHL, Royal Mail or by the carrier you select during checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and package dimensions. In some instances the dimensional weight of a package may be more than the actual weight. In these instances dimensional weight will be charged in accordance with the delivery carriers’ regulations.

Select items may require additional insurance, signature upon delivery and/or Hazmat handling fees. The shipping price will include such fees if applicable. Hazmat items are not available for shipment via USPS regardless of size or weight.

All applicable customs fees, VAT, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order; the value is the full purchase price of your order.

Purchasers should contact their customs office for accurate duty and tax information. You may also find helpful information for estimating taxes and duties on the U.S. Customs Website.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Deltakits.net processes your orders electronically. Your order may be in process soon after it is submitted. To change or cancel an order contact Delta Kits customer service immediately. We will make every effort to honor your request. However, orders cannot be cancelled if merchandise has been shipped and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns or Exchanges

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full product refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be mad on the shipping costs. A Return Authorization Number is mandatory for all returns or exchanges. Please contact Delta Kits customer service for a return authorization number prior to returning a product to Delta Kits for any reason.

Items covered by the Delta Kits warranty and returned within the warranty period will be evaluated by Delta Kits, and may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Delta Kits.
